Mobile - Voice Readback

Problem

Certain classes of users, or any user in certain contexts, must be able to consume content without reading the screen.

Solution

Voice Readback allows the device to read text displayed on the screen, so it can be accessed and understood by users who cannot use the screen. When entire documents, or long passages are being read, the screen will scroll so that the current selection being read is always visible. The current word, phrase or passage being read should have a cursor or a background color (highlight) applied as a visual cue for the user.
